IFEMA had multiple needs and shortcomings in its digital channels that required solutions. One of these was the app, a complex project with many flows, functionalities, and user journeys.
Resume
First, we focused on conceptualization and defining functionalities. Then, we designed the entire experience based on the user journeys we mapped out, followed by the development of the visual layer. The result is what you see here.
